2004 Duke Hockey Alumni Game scheduled for September 24th at
the Triangle Sportsplex
DURHAM, NC -- The first-ever Duke Hockey Alumni game has been
scheduled for Friday, September 24, 2004 at 10:00 PM. A team
dinner will precede the contest and alums may also be interested
in attending Duke Football's home game the next day against
Maryland at historic Wallace Wade Stadium. The event is being
organized by Duke Hockey President Drew Evans as well as Duke
Hockey alumnus Whitney Grumhaus. If you are an alumnus interested
in playing in the game, please contact Drew
Evans (andrew.evans@duke.edu) and Whitney
Grumhaus (grummy@mindspring.com). The reigning ACCHL regular
season and Tournament champions look forward to welcoming back
former players from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s for a
fun evening of hockey and camraderie. |
